Refunds & Exchanges
Please send items back to our office using a standard second class mail option, to reduce your costs. We are unable to offer free pre paid returns. Our office is open for deliveries Monday to Saturday.
Please do not remove the garment tags, please return items with tags attached as they have been sent out.
An address label will be enclosed with your order, this also contains your order number, so that we can allocate your return efficiently.
Please complete the section on the back of the returns form, sent with your delivery and enclose with your return.
Please ensure you return goods in their original condition, complete with tags within 14 days of them arriving , 21 days from outside of the UK. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please enclose your original order form inside the parcel and a refund will be processed as soon as the item has been received. We enclosed a returns form, if you can kindly complete these and enclose with your order. Cost of sending back items is at the cost of the customer : We enclosed an address label, for you to attach to your parcel. Please send items back standard post to save your costs.
International returns : Any duties and taxes paid to return your item to the UK are at the cost of the customer as we the sender have paid the duty and taxes to send the goods to you. If any items are returned and duty and tax is required, Browns may refund the amount less the duty and taxes. In these rare situations we always contact the customer first. Risk of Goods : You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so we recommend obtaining receipt of purchase when posting items back to Browns.
New & Unworn : All returned items should be in saleable condition i.e. clean, as new with the labels intact and the garment unworn and unused. On very rare occasions, where customers have returned items we believe items to have been worn, the goods will be returned to you and no refund will apply as worn items are deemed unfit for resale and we cannot fairly resell items we believe to have been worn.
Please do not remove the garment tags, please return items with tags attached. If garments are also returned with strong odours such as sun tan lotion, perfume and smoke, these garments will be returned to the buyer. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent returns.
Your Rights : Our worn items returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
